Remember this booster is compatible only with 12V batteries, so it is important that you use it like that. Do not attempt to use these on 6V or 24V.

Temperature outside of the operating range. The Hulkman Alpha 8.5 has an established range of -5℉ to 113℉ and the Alpha 8.5s range is -40℉ to 131℉.
If the unit is operated where the ambient temperature is outside of these ranges, the error code 3 will appear at the screen.
When the temperature is extremely low, the 85 needs you to put it where is a bit warmer to gain temperature.
What is error code 2?
This indicates the car battery’s voltage is under 8V, which means you’ll need to use the force start function.
Just remember the force start function disables all safety features to force power to the battery, so be careful when using this mode.
